We complete the job of training and product transportation, installation and commissioning within the time stipulated in the contract.
Warranty period is 12 months from the date of the formal acceptance (except for special notes). If our instrument has serious fault, and we need more than 10 days to repair it, our side will provide users another one of the same level for their needs during the time. After the warranty period, repair or maintenance is free without replacing spare parts, otherwise we will charge reasonable cost.
We promise a comprehensive technical training free of charge at the locations our customers designate, till they can use the devices independently.
We visit users regularly and give them free maintenance to keep equipment working effectively.
We freely upgrade and detect equipments or software that have been sold, and provide customized software function modules as well as relative consumables according to customers request under favorable charge.
After receiving users' repair requests (mainly in written form), we give technical response in 6 hours and complete maintenance within 48 hours. And the two sides negotiate to solve serious man-made failures.
